Lia's Cubano Hoagie

Pulled pork, ham, with a hint of tanginess from yellow mustard and Molinera pickles make for the ultimate comfort food. This recipe is a MUST try!

Ingredients: Mojo Pork

Procedure

  1. Dump in a slow cooker
  2. Cook on low for 8 hours

 Ingredients: CUBANO

Procedure

  1. Cut the buns in half, butter both sides and toast buttered sides on a flat pan. 
  2. Fry ham and Mojo Pork
  3. Build the sandwich with meat, mustard, pickles, and cheese
  4. Butter the buns on the outside
  5. Press on panini press or on a pan
